Privacy
HAJA Office for Architecture is the Brisbane architecture practice of Timothy Hajnady, registered architect in Queensland (No. 5563). This page explains what the website collects and how HAJA uses it.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry through the website, HAJA receives the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, project type, budget, start date and message. HAJA uses them to reply to you and, if the project goes ahead, to prepare a fee proposal. HAJA does not sell them or pass them to anyone for marketing, and does not add you to a mailing list.
The website and its forms are hosted by Squarespace, and enquiries arrive by email through Google Workspace. Both services may store information on servers outside Australia.
Website visits and Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your device and browser, and your approximate location. HAJA looks at this information as totals and does not use it to identify you.
Google explains how it uses this information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can stop Google Analytics recording your visits with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Google Ads
HAJA advertises on Google. When you reach the website by clicking a HAJA ad, Google adds a click identifier to the page address. HAJA uses it, through Google Analytics, to see which ads lead to enquiries. You can choose which ads Google shows you in My Ad Center.
Squarespace cookies
Squarespace also sets cookies that the website needs to work, and some that measure visits. Squarespace lists them in The cookies Squarespace uses.
